WELCOME TO SKINSMART!

Welcome to SkinSmart by Kelly, I’m so glad you are here.

I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in skin health and aesthetic injecting. I offer injectable treatments and skin consults specializing in acne, melasma and rosacea.

I love educating my patients about skin health, the physical changes that occur during aging and what skincare products and injectables can offer. I’m dedicated to making you feel your most confident in your own skin by enhancing your own natural, beautiful features while keeping safety and evidence-based practices at the forefront of my practice.

I graduated with honors from Simmons University with a Masters in Nursing, hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University

When I’m not nurturing my career and clients, you can find me hiking with my pups, Duke and Dixie, playing golf, traveling and cooking! If you know me, I am always on the go to somewhere new or exploring a new trail with the pups!

ABOUT KELLY

Hi, I’m Kelly Smith!

I’m a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology and aesthetics. If you’re looking for a nerdy injector you’ve come to the right place!

Education + Research is my main focus.

All of my recommendations for skincare and procedures are backed by research and sources can always be provided! I hope this website can be used as a resource for you to learn all things science & beauty.

Treating skin + educating my clients is my main concern.

I am an expert at treating acne, melasma, and rosacea, and teaching my patients about skin health. I also love addressing the aging process with Sculptra, fillers, neuromodulators, PRP, and other fun injectables and aesthetic procedures.

I’m here to ENHANCE YOUR BEAUTY.

I pride myself on natural results with an emphasis on safety and evidence-based care.

Coined ‘The Nerdy Injector’

Education is such a critical piece of my practice. I proudly hold the nickname, The Nerdy Injector, because of this.

I am committed to my personal education for the betterment of my practice and clients. I pride myself on keeping up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and trainings. I spend countless weekends traveling to continue my training all around the country.

Education is not only important to me for my own expertise, but it is also important that I’m able to inform my patients on the most accurate information possible. New information and studies are constantly arising in the world of cosmetic aesthetics and dermatology. I believe that it is our responsibility, as providers, to not only educate ourselves, but also to share that information with our clients and help educate other providers.

I am launching a Training and Mentorship program to help educate providers around the United States. Stay tuned for details!
