Three Pillars of Beauty

To achieve your aesthetic goals, it is important to implement a specific, comprehensive treatment plan encompassing various aspects of the aging process.

Aging is multifactorial…. You lose bone structure, fat pads migrate, your skin becomes thinner and has more laxity, etc. So to fully reach your goals and to look as natural as possible, you must utilize different modalities to treat aging!

For example, you can't just rely on filler to fight aging since that is only one component of the aging process. You can't forget about your skin health and collagen production and the other aspects of aging. This is how people quickly become distorted and not looking like themselves.

So how do I structure my treatments to achieve the most natural, rejuvenated results?

1) Treating the face as a whole

I always look at the face as a whole. You don't want to break your face into parts because then one half of your face is going to be aging differently than the other half. It is important to have beautiful transitions from one area to the other.

2) Time

Consistency is key. You don't have to do a million treatments all at once. Pace yourself, trust the process, pick the most important things that matter to YOU! Shift your focus from short term, instant results to long term skin health and rejuvenation! I promise you will be much happier.

3) 3 Pillars of Beauty

I always structure my treatment plans around my “3 pillars of beauty.” When you address all 3 of these pillars throughout the year, you will achieve the most natural, beautiful results and address multiple aspects of the aging process!

So what are they?! Let's walk through them and why each is important!

Skincare:

Skincare is the foundation for skin health and anti-aging. Skincare protects your skin from UV damage (pigmentation, wrinkles), free radical damage (skin laxity, fine lines and wrinkles, inflammation), collagen and elastin loss (skin laxity), softens fine lines and wrinkles, prevents and treats hyperpigmentation, acne, rosacea, and various other skin conditions.

Think of skincare and in office treatments like diet and exercise. You can exercise all you want but if you are eating cheeseburgers every meal, you will never achieve the results you are looking for. SAME thing with your skin. You have to be consistent with your skincare, something you are doing every morning and night, to support whatever you are doing in office to achieve the results you are looking for.

Injectables:

Once an optimized skincare regimen is achieved, there are other factors of aging that skincare cannot correct. These things are muscle movement that create wrinkling, bone loss, facial volume loss, fat hypertrophy, etc.

During the consultation we will assess which procedures will be best to achieve your desired results. Injectable procedures can include:

  • Neuromodulators

  • Fillers

  • Sculptra

  • Kybella

  • PRF/ Bio Gel

  • Threads

Aesthetic Treatments

In-office aesthetic treatments increase collagen and elastin in the skin, decreases skin laxity, improves the appearance of pores, promotes skin tightening, softens fine lines and wrinkles and provides exfoliation of dead skins helping support your skin's integrity.

It pulls skincare and injectables all together to complete the puzzle! These can include:

  • Lasers

  • Chemical Peels

  • Facials

  • Microneedling

  • Skin Revitalization
